Why can’t I open a conversation or run record?

Conversations and runs are available only to their owner in the workspace where they were created. Switch back to that personal or organization workspace. Employee history links may become unavailable after an app is unpublished or an organization or membership is disabled. If the issue remains, contact an organization administrator or platform support.
